You do not have to be smart, just do what ever you are told! Lang lebe Amerika

Yipi tomorrow is my first real exam, therefore I have reserved to whole afternoon and night to study that crap. So after I come back from the gym, I decided to create a new post. In order to be not confronted with stupid information from stupid people ok just from one but that’s me and I’m allowed. Indeed this is the best think here you always feel that smart. As we say in Austria between blinds to guy with one eye is king.

Anyway I decided already some days again to stop caring about my grads a 4 or D is a good grad. And with the multiple choice exams my chances are at least 1 to 4. And the rest of the points I get with assignments, attendance, online activities which are quite annoying because really easy and time consuming but I suppose this is Americans version of social system.

In Austria we aim that everybody who is smart enough (the level is quite low, look at me) should be able the get a degree. In contrast in America everyone who is rich enough should be able to get a degree even if he is as stupid as an einsamer Stern.
Everything he has do to is do pay the tuition for the University, drive to the lessons with the car his parents bought him when he was 15 or 16 and even if he wouldn’t receive a single point on all the 3 to 4 exams, which by the way would quite astonishing (chance 1 to 4 at every question), as long as he do all his really difficult homework, attend every single class etc. he still would get 70%.

But I suppose they just want to tell their citizens it doesn’t matter that you are stupid as long as you are always doing the things we tell you – very clever Mr. Bush!

(even if it is the biggest bullshit you can just imagine, I feel a bit frustrated that I can’t show you some of the online quizzes)

Anyhow, Texas was my choice, ok not my first one but my choice and I had reasons for it. One of them was I wanted to experience the probably most self – confident culture with the strongest home proud I can just imagine. Because I’m always arguing I miss something like that in Austria.

Ok I know now you can go over the top, but I still like watching it, even if I quite often thing it is disgusting. But I also thing you can very easy use this for your own advantage. Herrlich!

Anyway I also want to say something to everyone worried about me the last weeks, because my blog sounds a bit depressive. Thanks for your sympathies but you should know me better, it’s probably not the best place for an exchange semester abroad, but it always depends what you make out of it. And maybe I do not have such a great time as if I would be somewhere else, but I still have a good time. This is may humor, and of course I could tell you which fun I have for example with my Mexican neighbors I like to call them cheech and chong, or why every morning or afternoon when I woke up hundreds of empty beer cans (I hope in the future no lite beer anymore, I don’t want to support this very dangerous movement from the USA) are surrounding me.

But this is probably the best thing If you are alone abroad, everything which really happens here in Texas stays in Texas and you will never find out! HaHa

Cheers und grüßt mir die Berge!
